What's on in April
London – Disney100: The Exhibition (from 6 March)
Due to phenomenal demand, Disney100: The Exhibition is re-opening at London’s ExCel from 6th March for an extended run. Book your tickets now and travel to London this Spring to step into the magic of Disney as you explore ten imaginatively themed galleries showcasing original artworks, costumes, props and memorabilia celebrating a centenary of captivating stories and most loved cinematic characters.
Manchester – CO-OP Live Grand Opening (23 April)
Co-op Live, UK’s largest indoor music arena is due to open in April in Manchester hosting Peter Kay for its inaugural show. Boasting the largest maximum capacity of any indoor arena in the United Kingdom, it will house up to 32 bars, a number of restaurants and clubs as part of the complex and be a host to some of the biggest stars, including Take That and The Eagles.
Manchester & London – The Marathons (14 & 21 April)
Marathon season is upon us with two key events on the UK calendar Sunday 14th and Sunday 21st April will see runners flock to Manchester and London to raise money for their chosen charities and compete against their PB. Take in both cities' many landmarks, whether you are running or cheering from the sidelines. Travel with Avanti West Coast and arrive refreshed to your destination pre or post marathon.
TCS London Marathon
Birmingham – Model World Live (27-28 April)
Step off the Avanti train straight into the model train event of the year! Bringing together railway and scale modellers and enthusiasts Model World LIVE is where you can spot outstanding layouts, latest scale models or witness a live scale model demonstration. Held at the NEC, the event is steps from Birmingham International train station.
