Train station parking

Yes - when you’re in the club, the First Class treatment doesn’t just apply to your time on the train. Get Priority Parking at selected stations across our network, so you’ll always have peace of mind when you’re tight on time.

To get your Priority Parking sticker visit the Ticket Office at the station and present your First Class Season Ticket. Present your sticker in your window, pay for parking as you normally would and park in any Priority Parking bay.

Reserved Priority Parking bays can currently be found at the following stations: Birmingham International - 12 spaces

You can pay just before leaving the car park.

Stays up to 20 minutes are free; after that, you'll pay the rate for the time you're there.

To get 20 minutes free parking, just put your ticket into the barrier when you leave. Please don't put it into the ticket machine as it will charge you.

Yes. All users of disabled parking bays are required to pay for parking. This includes Blue Badge holders.

Hourly rates are only available at three stations: Warrington, Rugby and Macclesfield; more stations might be added in the near future. Please note that hourly rates are not available for those customers parking in a “Pay and Display” bay.

If the overstay exceeds 59 minutes, you will need to press the intercom and talk to an NCP customer agent; you will then be charged with the difference in price between the applicable  rate and the rate that was paid online.
