Coming soon: Find my train

Whilst onboard, try our find my train service which lets you follow the live progress of the train you’re on. Whether you’re whizzing past Watford, tilting past Tamworth or just pulling up to Preston – you’ll know exactly where you are during your journey.

Find my train is available onboard after logging on to our free WiFi. Track the progress of any train that has already left the departure station.

Free travel for Ukrainian arrivals

To help Ukrainian nationals travelling to the UK, we are offering free onward travel on our services to get you to a safe place.

To make use of this scheme, you will need to show your Ukrainian passport and a boarding pass or ticket showing your arrival into the UK. The offer is valid across all train operators in England, Scotland and Wales, and you will have 48 hours from arrival in the UK to complete your journey.

You will be able to use London Underground/DLR services if your journey requires you to travel between London national rail stations.
