Alternatively, opt for an Avanti VIP booking. You’ll have a dedicated onboard host for the duration of your journey, and full access to the First Class menu of complimentary drinks and snacks - we can even whip up a tailored menu for you if you want something extra special.

We can tailor the Avanti VIP experience to your needs - just let us know what you fancy, whether it’s onboard events or luxury dining - and we’ll take you where you need to go in style. The VIP service is available on all Avanti West Coast Services.

You can also give us a call on 0345 528 253 between 8.30 am - 6 pm Monday-Friday. However you get in touch, you’ll be assigned a dedicated account manager to take you through the booking process from start to finish.

Then, once your tickets have been agreed and booked, you can either pick them up from one of our ticket stations or you can download them straight to your phone as either an m-ticket or an e-ticket for a seamless travel experience.
