Ordering refreshments is easy. First, log in to the free onboard WiFi. Then follow the link to food & drink from the Welcome page. From here, you’ll be able to order your refreshments and then go to the onboard shop to collect them.

You’ll get an email receipt to let you know that your order has been accepted. If this hasn’t come through, check your device’s connection before contacting a member of staff.

You’ll get a confirmation email when you place a successful order. Before attempting to re-order, try to refresh your network connection and check your emails again, including any spam folders.
