This north Wales station was first opened in May 1848 and was a driving force in increasing the town’s wealth through its booming tourist trade of the Victorian era The current station was actually completed later on in the 1890s, and was last renovated in 1979. 

Prestatyn railway station offers direct access to stations including London Euston, Cardiff Central, Birmingham International and even Manchester and Holyhead.
