Station Accessibility

• There are lifts. Audio announcements provided outside and inside the lifts. Lift controls should be accessible to most people. Lifts have clear door widths at least 0.8 m wide. 
• Passenger Assist Meeting Point is located on the main station concourse behind platform 6. Closest entrance is Lime street, which has step free access and a lift up from street level.
• Announcements are made both visually and audibly.
• There is space in front of the ticket machine to manoeuvre a wheelchair. The controls may be at a suitable height for some people.
• Drop off point within car park, use adjacent yellow help point phone to contact staff to let them know you have arrived at the station. The drop-off and/or pick-up point is on the same side of the road as the station. This is a combined drop-off and pick-up point. There is space for more than 5 vehicles to drop-off and/or pick-up. There is no Help Point close to the drop-off and/or pick-up point.
