REDEEM YOUR REWARD

1. Rewards can only be used on Avanti services.
2. The reward can only be applied on Advance tickets.
3. The discount code can be entered on the basket page of the website or from the buy tickets page of the app in the “see more” section.
4. All travel rewards apply on two advance tickets to cover your outbound and return journeys.
5. Advance tickets are usually available 12 weeks in advance during the week and 8 weeks in advance on the weekends. If the date you want to travel is not available yet please sign up to our Priority Ticket Alert service to know when the Advance tickets will be released https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/tickets-and-savings/ways-to-save/ticket-alerts
6. Please note the expiry date of the voucher outlined in the welcome/rewards emails. You need to book your travel before that expiry date, you can select any date in the future that’s available at the time of booking.

1. This reward can be used on Standard and Standard Premium class tickets.

Standard Premium free journey

1. Tickets must be booked at least seven days in advance of travel.
2. Due to train operations Standard Premium tickets are not available on all services. Most notably in North Wales.

First Class free journey

1. Tickets must be booked at least seven days in advance of travel.
2. The tickets also get you access to our First Class lounges where complementary drinks and food will be available.
