Choose from three travel classes on our Evero trains, each offering comfort and convenience.

In Standard Class, you’ll find ergonomically designed seats with improved legroom, power sockets and USB ports at every seat. Enjoy ambient lighting with adjustable modes and table seats equipped with wireless charging for added convenience.

Standard Premium Class offers all the benefits of Standard Class, but with a few extras to make your trip even more comfortable. Take advantage of even greater legroom, wider seats and guaranteed table seating for a more spacious and relaxed journey.

Reserving seating

While seat reservations aren’t mandatory, we recommend booking a seat in advance on our Evero trains. When you book a ticket, we’ll assign you a specific seat with a coach and seat number.

Would you prefer a different seat? Using our Seat Picker, you can select your preferred seat based on availability.

When on our trains, you can use our traffic light system to easily which seats are reserved:

  • Red: This seat is reserved
  • Orange: This seat is currently available but reserved for later in the journey
  • Green: This seat is available for the entire journey

For unreserved seating, you’ll want to go to Coaches C and N.

Accessibility onboard the Evero

It is our goal to ensure that all our passengers have all the accessibility support they need to enjoy a comfortable journey on our Evero trains.

For mobility-impaired passengers

  • Wheelchair spaces: Evero trains are equipped with two dedicated wheelchair spaces. Specifically, two wheelchair spaces can be found in Coaches A and L, and Coaches J and K.
  • Accessible toilets: The wheelchair-accessible toilets are located next to the wheelchair spaces, making it easy for mobility-impaired passengers to access them when needed. These include a discrete entry mode for carers.
  • Onboard assistance: Our well-trained crew is always ready to assist. Onboard ramps are available to help passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey.

For passengers with sensory impairments

  • Audiovisual information: Our Evero trains are equipped with public-address systems and visual displays that offer real-time journey updates, including destinations and upcoming stops.
  • Assistance announcements: Our onboard teams are trained to make clear and timely announcements. If you have difficulty hearing, please inform our staff so they can offer personalised assistance to ensure your journey is as comfortable as possible.
  • Assistance dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome onboard all Evero trains. They can accompany passengers in any part of the train to ensure they are supported throughout their journey.

For passengers with additional needs

  • JAM card: We proudly support the JAM Card, which signifies a need for patience. Our staff are trained to recognise this card and provide passengers with the understanding and time they need during their journey.
  • Sunflower Scheme: We also participate in the Sunflower Scheme, recognising the sunflower lanyard as a symbol of hidden disabilities. Our staff are trained to offer additional support to passengers who may have invisible conditions.

Our enhanced support services

  • Passenger Assist: We also offer personalised planning and support with our Passenger Assist service. This includes assistance with reserving wheelchairs, booking seats, boarding and alighting the train.
  • Travel Companion: Whether you’re at the station or onboard your train, our Travel Companion service ensures you can receive any help you need instantly. You can message us via WhatsApp and our dedicated team will be available to support you instantly.
