• Phone on mute: if you need to make or take a call, please head out of the Quiet Coach and into the vestibule. Or look for a seat in another coach if you prefer.
• Chat quietly: please be considerate of your fellow Quiet Coach passengers when speaking.

Where is the Quiet Coach?

The Quiet Coach is available in Coach A on both our Pendolino and Evero trains. You can typically find Coach A at the front of the train if you’re heading north and at the rear of the train going south.
