Situated just opposite the iconic Old Spitalfields Market, the venue retains much of its original charm. It features authentic stable areas, an impressive arch entrance, sturdy timber beams, and rustic exposed brickwork.

Spanning three floors and covering an expansive 17,000 square feet, the exhibition invites you to explore Van Gogh's life and work.

An immersive experience

Step into a stunning light and sound exhibit with 360-degree digital projections of the works of Vincent van Gogh. The immersive room covers over 1,000 square metres, and the projections are two storeys high.

A virtual reality experience

Place yourself alongside Van Gogh in a VR headset experience that explores the inspiration behind eight of the artist’s works. Take a dive into renowned paintings including Starry Night Over The Rhone and Vincent’s Bedroom at Arles.

The chance to display your paintings

Create your own works of art for projection on the exhibition’s walls.

Opening times and prices

The Van Gogh expo, London opening times are:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 10 am to 8 pm

Friday: 10 am to 9 pm

Saturday: 9 am to 9 pm

Sunday: 9 am to 7 pm

The visit takes around 90 minutes and time slots are available every half hour. There are standard access and VIP tickets available.

Standard access

Standard access includes entry to the exhibition. Ticket holders can also purchase entry to the VR experience separately on the day.

Standard access ticket prices range from:

£19.90–£27.90 for adults

£11.50–£15.90 for children aged four to twelve

£13.70–£19.90 for seniors (65+), students (13 to 26), and NHS workers

Standard access family passes (maximum two adults and minimum two children) are also available. Larger groups, of at least 15 people, can get 10% off per person with the exhibition’s group bundles.

VIP access

VIP access includes entry to the exhibition, skip-the-line entry to the VR experience, and your choice of poster.

VIP access ticket prices range from:

£32–£44 for adults

£21.50–£27.30 for children aged four to 12

The nearest Underground station to 106 Commercial Street is Liverpool Street. You can reach Liverpool Street station on the Hammersmith & City, Central, Circle, Elizabeth and Metropolitan lines. Liverpool Street station is an eight-minute walk from the exhibition.

If you’re travelling on the London Overground, the nearest station to Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience is Shoreditch High Street. Shoreditch High Street is a five-minute walk from the exhibition.

Travelling to London by train

Travelling by train is one of the most convenient ways to visit Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience from outside of London. You could travel to Euston, Waterloo, King’s Cross, Paddington or St. Pancras.

Consider making London Euston your destination for easy access to the London Underground and Overground.

There is a short walk between Euston train station and Euston Square Underground station. From there, you can choose multiple Underground lines to travel to Liverpool Street station.
