Travelling from Northampton?

A little further on, Charles Dickens Museum lets you step into a Georgian townhouse on Doughty Street, with rooms set out around Dickens’s life and work. It’s a rewarding stop if you want something classic and characterful, and it sits neatly among the streets and squares of Bloomsbury.
From London Euston, onward travel is easy. Taxis and buses are close by, and the Underground gives you quick links across the city. In the station itself, you’ll have the practical essentials covered too, so you can get your bearings and head straight out into London.
