Cheap train tickets from Birmingham International to Edinburgh
To make sure you get the best value for money, we’ve shared some of the best tips on ways to save.
If you’re travelling off-peak, you will be getting the cheapest possible ticket. To ensure you get an off-peak train it’s best to book in advance. Our tickets go on sale around 12 weeks before the travel date so there’s plenty of time to book. If you’re worried about missing out you can set up a ticket alert and we’ll email you when the tickets become available.
If you have a Railcard, don’t forget to use it. Railcards can save you up to a third off your travel if you travel off-peak. Meaning you can save quite a bit when you make long journeys like this one. If you travel frequently, we would recommend signing up for one.
Unlike external booking companies, we don’t charge booking fees so by simply booking directly through Avanti West Coast you can save a bit extra.
