Want to stay ahead of the crowd at London Euston? How does getting the platform number sent straight to your phone sound? With Early Boarding notifications, we tell you which platform your train will leave from before it’s announced at the station.

How to sign up
Already booked your train through the Avanti West Coast website or App? You should be getting our Early Boarding notifications. If not, just add your mobile number to your account in ‘My Account’. You might need to check it’s the right one. Once this is sorted, you’ll receive Early Boarding notifications when you book and reserve a seat on Avanti trains going from Euston station.
Don’t normally book direct? Make the switch and you too can be one of the first to hop on your train. Better still, you’re guaranteed our lowest ticket prices with no booking fees. Plus, you’ll get automated Delay Repay, the chance to pick your favourite seat and the very latest travel information, so you stay in the know on the go.

*Sometimes the platform isn’t confirmed until ten minutes before the train is due to depart. If this happens, we need to tell everyone the platform at the same time so they have time to board and the train can leave on time. 95.9% of customers received the platform notifications in advance of the station announcements between 21st October and 13th December 2023.
