In December 2019, we took over Britain’s most important railway route: Avanti West Coast was born. Since then, we’ve connected millions of you with your loved ones. We’ve kept thousands of your businesses moving. And we’ve linked hundreds of communities up and down the country.

We want to set the standard for what you can expect from a train company, and pledge to go above and beyond to make your service as good as it can be.
We’ve achieved a lot in our first year, despite the huge challenges that we’ve all faced during Covid-19 – but it’s only been a year.
We’re just  getting started.

Our ambitious plans to transform your railway will really come to fruition over the next 12 months, and you’ll see the difference our investment is making first-hand.
