That’s because since 2011, founder Lillie O’Brien has made sure to only use unrefined sugars and cook up their jams without commercial pectins. Their products are also dairy-free and totally vegan. We’d recommend trying their chuckleberry jam which you’ll find onboard and in our lounges.

Now, Rubies in the Rubble is one of the pioneering voices in food sustainability, with an award-winning range of ketchups, mayos and relishes stocked nationwide.
