Food & drink in Staffordshire

Good food and drink is embedded in Staffordshire's DNA.

Just ask anyone who has tried a Staffordshire Oatcake, sampled a bowl of hearty homemade Lobby, or has downed a refreshing pint of Titanic ale.

Afterall, there's no point in the region known for its pottery, if they haven't got   something tasty to put on them!

The culinary explosion created by combining a humble oatcake with a bit of bacon and a scattering of cheese doesn't end there though. We've got some brilliant restaurants, pubs, cafe's and tearooms that serve excellent food and drink that will leave your taste buds happy and your belly's full and ready to tackle the adventures ahead.
