Already booked a train ticket but like the sound of an upgrade? You can easily upgrade your Standard Class ticket to First Class via your Avanti West Coast account.
Simply sign in to your account and go to 'My bookings'. On 'Upcoming journeys' select the journey you wish to upgrade and select 'Manage booking'. From here, scroll down to 'Upgrade ticket' and follow the steps to enjoy!

Our First Class Lounges are an amazing benefit of travelling First Class, allowing you to relax in comfort before boarding. You can enjoy our lounges for an hour before departure plenty of time to relax and make yourself at home with hot drinks, delicious snacks, newspapers and high-speed WiFi, all on the house.

On shorter First Class journeys, we may offer a reduced service due to limited time onboard. While you’ll still receive complimentary drinks, the full food menu might not be available. Our onboard team will always do their best to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience within the time available.
