What to expect

One of the highlights of the British sporting and social calendar returns this summer as the Betfred Derby Festival takes over Epsom Downs for two days of world-class racing, fashion and celebrations. Held at the iconic Epsom Downs Racecourse, the festival features the prestigious Betfred Oaks on Ladies’ Day followed by the world famous Betfred Derby on Saturday, regarded as one of the greatest flat races in horse racing. Visitors can expect thrilling racing action, glamorous style, live entertainment and a buzzing festival atmosphere across the weekend.

Derby Day on Saturday 6 June will see the headline Betfred Derby take place at 3:30pm, alongside a packed card of racing and afterparty celebrations. This year’s festival also introduces new experiences including Galileo’s presents O Beach Ibiza, bringing Balearic-inspired entertainment and summer energy to Epsom Downs. From grandstand views and hospitality experiences to trackside celebrations and the famous Derby atmosphere, the festival remains one of the most iconic events of the British summer season.
